CLOC is a community-based organization established to provide performance opportunities to local singers in the production of operettas; to produce performances of light opera for the benefit of area faith communities; and to provide community oriented entertainment in the area of Concord, New Hampshire. CLOC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
